On November 17, 1996, at approximately 8:36 pm, Mr. Garey Dwayne Washington was shot and killed in the 600 block of 50th Street, NE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide. Ref. HO96-1315/CCN #96-653-948.
