On Saturday, August 18, 2018, at approximately 4:35 am, Mr. Franklin “Mike” Byers was stabbed and killed in the 500 block of Rhode Island Avenue, NE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information about this homicide.
