On Saturday, February 1, 2020 at approximately 2:39 Am, Mr. Donelle Cosean Hodges was shot and killed in the 3800 block of Minnesota Avenue, NE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
