On Tuesday, September 13, 2016, at approximately 9:30 PM, Mr. Deon Calvin Smith was shot and killed in the 4600 block of Livingston Road, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide. Anyone with information about this case is asked to contact the Homicide Branch detectives listed above.
