On Tuesday, February 5, 2019, at approximately 1:45 am, Mr. Daniel Olaya was intentionally struck by a vehicle and killed at the intersection of 4th and T Streets, NW. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
