On Saturday, December 29, 2018, at approximately 2:21 pm, Mr. Curtis Linwood Wills-Bey was shot and killed in the 3000 block of Stanton Road, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information about this homicide.
