On Monday, March 31, 2014 at approximately 9:50 pm, Mr. Charles Parrish was shot and killed in the 5400 block of Nannie Helen Burroughs Avenue, NE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
