On Thursday, April 16, 2015 at approximately 2:47 pm, Mr. Charles Wilbert Lancaster was shot in the 100 block of Ridge Road, SE. Mr. Lancaster died as a result of his injuries on April 17, 2016. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
