On Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at approximately 3:21 am, Mr. Carl Harris was shot and killed in the 800 block of 3rd Street, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
This case was closed with an arrest on December 9, 2021.
