On Saturday, August 12, 2017, at approximately 10:40 pm, Ms. Anne Alfredia Cook was stabbed and killed in the 5200 block of 4th Street, NE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
