On Saturday, September 23, 2017, at approximately 11:20 pm, Mr. Andrew Alfonso Cook was stabbed and killed in the 1700 block of North Capitol Street, NE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information about this homicide.
