On Monday, April 26, 2004, at approximately 10:45 pm, Cynthia Logan was found deceased in the 1500 block of Lawrence St., NE. Ms. Logan’s death has been ruled a homicide. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
