Description
Early Tuesday morning, August 31, 2004, between 3-3:15 am, Charles Burks was shot to death in the vicinity of the 4600 blocks of Benning Road, East Capitol Street, and Central Avenue, NE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding
this incident. The case is under investigation by members of the Department’s Violent Crimes Branch.
