On Friday, October 3, 2008, at approximately 5:45 am, Andre Judd was shot and killed in an apartment at 1431 Holbrook Place, NE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
This case is being investigated by the department’s Homicide and Sexual Offenses Branch.
