The following BWC footage is being released pursuant to the Council of the District of Columbia’s Body-Worn Camera Transparency for Use of Force Emergency Amendment Act of 2026, which requires MPD to release BWC video from MPD officers that capture serious uses of force by federal law enforcement agencies.
