On Thursday, January 30, 2014 at approximately 3:53 pm, Mr. Ervin Ingraham and Ms. Ronnetta Hurley-Brown were found in an apartment in the 1600 block of 17th Street, SE, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Both victims succumbed to their injuries. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident. Ref. CCN # 14-014-414.
