On Saturday, December 7, 2013 at approximately 12:10 am, Mr. Lamont “Mon Mon” Hall was shot to death in the rear of the 200 block of Bates Street, NW. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
