On Wednesday, February 29, 1984, at approximately 8:15 am, Phillip L. Rabinowitz, rabbi at Kesher Israel Congregation, was found stabbed to death inside his home in the 1100 block of 25th Street, NW. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this
incident.
