On Friday, November 12, 2010, 36-year-old Jacobo Vazquez was reported missing from the 100 block of Constitution Avenue, NW. On Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at approximately 9:45 am, a body was found near the westbound lanes of I-70 in Maryland. Subsequent investigation revealed that the homicide occurred in the 100 block of Constitution Avenue NW. A felony arrest warrant has been issued for 34-year-old Marvin Palencia of Hyattsville, MD, who is wanted in connection with this homicide. Police are also attempting to locate the suspect’s 2007 light green or grey Honda Odyssey minivan with Maryland tags bearing “PALNCIA.” The suspect is considered armed and dangerous.
