On Wednesday, August 22, 2007, at approximately 11:45 pm, Timothy Chapman was shot and killed in the 1000 block of 14th Street, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
The case is under investigation by members of the Department’s Violent Crimes Branch.
