Dre’von Douglas Proctor - Homicide Victim

On Saturday, August 9, 2008, around 1:35 am, Dre’von Douglas Proctor was shot and killed at Southern Avenue and Chesapeake Street, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.

The case is under investigation by members of the Department’s Criminal Investigations Division, Homicide Branch.
