On September 29, 2008, at approximately 9:12 pm, Kevin Russell was shot and killed in the 2800 block of N Street, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
This case is being investigated by the department’s Homicide and Sexual Offenses Branch.
