On Sunday, June 15, 2008, at approximately 1:45 am, Barrington Scroggins was shot and killed in the 3500 block of 18th St., SE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
The case is under investigation by members of the Department’s Criminal Investigation Division Homicide Branch.
