On Sunday, July 20, 2008, at approximately 7 am, Oscar Solis was found dead in Emery Park, located at 5801 Georgia Avenue, NW. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
The case is under investigation by members of the Department’s Criminal Investigation Division Homicide Branch.
