On Friday, July 18, 2008, at approximately 11:34 pm, Keith Hines was shot and killed in the 900 block of Allison Street, NW. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
The case is under investigation by members of the Department’s Criminal Investigation Division Homicide Branch.
