On Wednesday, December 10, 2008, at approximately 8:00 pm, Derrell Victor Goins, aka “Willow,” was shot and killed in at Champlain Street and Kalorama Road, NW. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
This case is being investigated by the department’s Homicide and Sexual Offenses Branch.
