At approximately 9:36 pm on Monday, August 7, 2000, Seventh District officers were called to the 1300 block of Stevens Road, SE, for the report of a shooting.
Upon their arrival they discovered the body of Tyrone Anthony "Little Ant" Minor suffering from apparent multiple gunshot wounds to the body. He was taken to DC General Hospital and pronounced dead at 10:16 pm.
