On Tuesday, May 26, 2009, at 12:23 am, Carl Ashton O’Neil Gray Fitzgerald was shot and killed in the 1300 block of T Street, NW. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
