On Sunday, April 24, 2011, at approximately 1:55 pm, Santos Jobel Martinez Umansor was beaten and killed in the 2300 block of Ontario Road, NW. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
