On Tuesday, April 26, 2011, at approximately 12:00 pm, Thomas Glenn Lipscomb was found unconscious suffering from blunt force trauma in the 3000 block of Minnesota Avenue, NE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
