On Wednesday, April 6, 2011, at approximately 11:20 pm, Reginald Williams, Jr. and Joshua Ruffin were shot and killed in the 700 block of Yuma Street, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
