A Message From the Second District Commander
I am honored to assume command of the Second District and grateful for the opportunity to serve the residents, businesses, visitors, and community partners who make this district such an important part of our city.
I am a 20-year veteran of the Metropolitan Police Department and have served in a variety of operational and leadership roles throughout my career. Prior to this assignment, I served in the Office of Field Commander, where I oversaw police operations citywide during the overnight hours. I also previously served as Commander of the Seventh District in 2024.
As a District Commander, my focus will be on strengthening relationships, addressing crime and quality of life concerns, and ensuring our efforts remain responsive to the needs of the community.
I look forward to meeting many of you in the coming weeks, hearing directly from you and working together to keep our community safe.
