Description
On Thursday, April 22, 2004, at approximately 4:30 pm, Stephen Louis Bowser was shot and killed in a 1994 Dodge van in front of 69 47th Street, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident. The case is under investigation by members of the Department’s Violent Crimes Branch.
