On Saturday, April 22, 2023, at approximately 10:30 am, Mr. James Lavender was found suffering from blunt force trauma in the 1400 block of Saratoga Avenue, NE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
