Mark Viehmeyer is the General Counsel for the Metropolitan Police Department serving as the legal advisor to the Chief of Police. The Office of the General Counsel is responsible for the Department’s labor relations and collective bargaining, litigation support, administrative litigation, and Freedom of Information Act requests.
