On Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at approximately 11:04 pm, Mr. Raymond Albert Carter III was shot and killed in the 800 block of Rhode Island Avenue, NW. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
