On Friday, April 22, 2022 at approximately 6:38 pm, Ms. Phyllis Williams was shot in the 600 block of Kennedy Street, NW. On May 8, 2022, Ms. Williams succumbed to her injuries. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
