On Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at approximately 4:34 pm, Mr. Marquise Blackwell was shot and killed in the 800 block of Kenilworth Terrace, NE. Mr. Franks succumbed to his injuries on December 7, 2021. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
