On Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at approximately 6:50 am, Mr. Jacques Russ was shot and killed in the Unit block of 61st Street, NE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
This case was closed with an arrest on March 1, 2022.
