On Friday, October 8, 2021 at approximately 3:23 pm, Mr. Lester Mangum was shot and killed in the 3900 block of South Capitol Street, SW. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
This case was closed with an arrest on October 26, 2021.
