On Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at approximately 11:53 am, Ms. Tarshaqua Chappell was shot and killed in the 1300 block of Congress Street, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
This case was closed with an arrest on December 9, 2021.
