On Sunday, July 18, 2021 at approximately 1:26 am, Ms. Dara Northern (AKA “Joan” and “Cookie”) was shot and killed in 6100 block of 4th Street, NW. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
This case was closed with an arrest on August 2, 2021.
