On Saturday, May 15, 2021, at approximately 4:55 pm, Mr. Lester Howard was shot and killed in the 3900 block of Minnesota Avenue, NE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information about this homicide.
This case was closed with an arrest on September 14, 2021.
