On Thursday, February 18, 2021, at approximately 3:09 pm, Mr. Youness Zarouaki was shot and killed in the 1000 block of Thomas Jefferson Street, NW. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information about this homicide.
