On Sunday, June 21, 2020, at approximately 2:20 am, Mr. Timothy Hinton and Ms. Larkia Izlar were shot and killed in the 1400 block of Kenilworth Avenue, NE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding these homicides.
