On Wednesday, January 6, 1982, at approximately 6:30 pm, Mr. Lloyd Martin was found shot and killed in a park located in the 6100 block of 61st Street, NE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information about this homicide.
