On Friday, August 15, 1980, at about 9:40 pm, while in the rear parking lot in the 1800 block of Good Hope Road, SE, 19-year-old Noel Romero Parker was the victim of a homicide-shooting. This crime remains unsolved. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information about this homicide.
