On Sunday, July 30, 2017 at approximately 2:00 am, Mr. Juan Carlos Osorio-Herrera and David Santiago Amaya-Medrano were shot and killed in the 4800 block of Kansas Avenue, NW. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding these homicides.
