On Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at approximately 8:36 am, Mr. Victor Williams was shot and killed while on the Anacostia River Trail just south of the 3300 block of East Capitol Street, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
