On Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at approximately 10:50 am, Mr. Andrew McPhatter was shot at the intersection of Wheeler Road and Upsal Street, SE. Mr. McPhatter succumbed to his injuries on Sunday, March 5, 2017. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
